Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Or you can pay via Paypal Express Checkout.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Solo, and JCB.

Shipping And Handling

Handling charges are all included in our shipping charges.

By 2nd Class post: £2.95
By 1st Class post: £4.95
By Special Delivery : £9.95

To Channel Islands:
By 2nd Class post £2.95

By Special Delivery (for orders up to £30) £9.95
By Special Delivery (for orders over £30) £20.00

Please note: We regret that due to uncertainties and delays in international post, resulting from COVID and BREXIT, we are currently not shipping outside of the UK. We are still shipping to Northern Ireland, but customers should be aware of possible delays.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery guide:

Special Delivery: 1-2 working days
1st Class: 2-5 working days
2nd Class: 5-8 working days

Next day delivery can be arranged in certain circumstances - please telephone before placing your order.

International orders to Europe are generally received by the customer in 7 - 10 days, and may arrive much sooner depending on the destination. For International orders to outside of Europe, please allow at least 14 days. We cannot be specific about delivery times due to factors such as customs delays, airlines etc.

Please note that you should allow extra time for delivery in November and December, when both ourselves and Royal Mail are very busy! If your goods are needed by a particular date, you can type this into the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout. We will then do our utmost to meet your deadline, or let you know if it is not possible.

Within the UK, we give Special Delivery orders top priority.

Please note that personalisation of goods can delay dispatch by 1-5 working days. Please let us know if your order is urgent so that we can try to meet your deadline.

Stage Presence cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the Worldpay secure computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Our site has a current SSL certificate to ensure that this process is secure and we use password protected computers. Stage Presence do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

You may ask us to delete any information held on you at any time.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You must then return the goods to us within 30 days in order to receive a full refund. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Special Note: Refund of Personalised Items
We regret that we cannot refund personalised items unless they are faulty. Prior to ordering please satisfy yourself fully that the gift is what you require. Please order personalised goods in good time as we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit.
