Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Please note: We regret that due to uncertainties and delays in international post, resulting from COVID and BREXIT, we are currently not shipping outside of the UK. We are still shipping to Northern Ireland, but customers should be aware of possible delays.

Next day delivery can be arranged in certain circumstances - please telephone before placing your order.
International orders to Europe are generally received by the customer in 7 - 10 days, and may arrive much sooner depending on the destination. For International orders to outside of Europe, please allow at least 14 days. We cannot be specific about delivery times due to factors such as customs delays, airlines etc.
Please note that you should allow extra time for delivery in November and December, when both ourselves and Royal Mail are very busy! If your goods are needed by a particular date, you can type this into the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout. We will then do our utmost to meet your deadline, or let you know if it is not possible.
Within the UK, we give Special Delivery orders top priority.
Please note that personalisation of goods can delay dispatch by 1-5 working days. Please let us know if your order is urgent so that we can try to meet your deadline.

Stage Presence cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
